Discover our modern apartment, part of a residence with a swimming pool equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a shower with hot water. There is also a barbecue area and a bike rack. The flat boats a nice living room with a double sofa bed, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a second double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower box and a cozy terrace, making it suitable for seven guests. It also offers new double glazed windows, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a Satellite TV, an American coffee maker, microwave and air conditioning. One uncovered parking space per booking. Beach distance: 950mt. °Pets are not allowed. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations and colours. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
