Beautiful location

Condo is well appointed with extras like beach chairs and a cooler. The complex is kept up nicely and a short walk to snorkeling at Lydgate Park. Great location to explore all sides of the island.

Overall, great condo, awesome location

Big fan and would do it again. First night we got there after traveling for 17 hours, is open the large doors to the porch and listen to the ocean. Fell asleep with the doors open all night. The only drawback is that one evening it was pretty warm and a wall AC would have helped but not a big deal. Also, only left a quarter of one roll of toilet paper, which was a little annoying. Other than that, very nice place to stay.

Nice apartment, but too hot

The apartment is very nice and has everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast and afternoon tea in the balcony watching the waves. The only problem is that it is very hot in the afternoon and into evening, and cool air from the ocean does not get in the livingroom.

Outstanding Views but Property Itself Was Mediocre

In general, the property itself was nice with outstanding views of the ocean and close proximity to walking path. In addition, the property grounds were well maintained. However, the condo itself is in need of multiple upgrades, including replacement of flooring, bathroom refresh, and updated furniture/fixtures. In addition, there is little airflow in this particular unit so it was quite warm (we've stayed in Kauai multiple times and understand that A/C is rarely an option). It was very uncomfortable during our stay.

Breath Taking !

The view from this condo is truly awesome. It has a great view of the Ocean. Also as few others have shared in their comments, you feel the water from the Ocean sprayed when you sit in the balcony. Well Equipped Kitchen and comfortable living space. Truly Amazing ! Look forward to being back in this place again next time ! Thanks!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Nice walk path that leads to a nice swimming beach. Condo is comfortable and well kept, with beautiful views!

Pictures can't capture this view!

We had a late check in, they made it easy with a lockbox for keys and clear instructions. We arrived after dark, room was very nice and clean. When we woke up in the morning to the sunrise we were stunned at the view out of the unit. I thought the pictures were like a "model unit", but the pictures are of the actual unit, very happy about that. So close to the ocean the spray gently makes its way onto the balcony! Beautiful well kept grounds and a great beach just a few paces away from the room! They had beach chairs, towels, a cooler and a boogie board in the room for us to use. Very pleased with our stay.

Perfectly Appointed

This place had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable eight-night stay. It was totally relaxing and each day after touring around Kauai it felt like coming "home". Kudos to the owners for providing such a welcoming and totally provisioned place. We had a learning curve with TV operation because it was a system we didn't know, but we sorted that out in time. When we return to Hawaii we will surely come back here.

Beautiful condo

We loved condo 319. Great view of the ocean, saw whales a few days. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and a great place to stay. Highly recommend and would stay there again
