This hotel is located inside the old town. We have difficulties finding the location! Luckily we had a very helpful driver going around asking directions. We tried to call the hotel, but the number on hotel.com is not contactable. Please update the number. Trying to call hotel.com hotline but can’t reach this time round 😢 Please keep your customers service hotline on booking slip. after 1-2hrs of asking around we finally found it. You need to walk into the old town and ask the hotel staff to help you with the baggage, where we left in the car outside the old town advise by our driver, Cause it is the old stone road in old town that you need help on your baggages. This is a very nice old building, we all love it. It is a very different experience from a 5 start hotel. There is heater in the shower room that make you comfortable Showering in winter. All small details in this hotel is unique. Lovely environment. Walking distance to eateries.

This property is located on a lovely quiet street in the busier old town. Each room is decorated with beautiful furnishings and carefully thought out amenities. The staff is gracious and caring. There are various outdoor longing areas that are comfortable to relax in. Tea is served in the lounge at all times. There is a lovely little outdoor pool as well and the entrance is spectacular. This hotel far exceeded my expectations as did the value for money. We were upgraded to the 2-bedroom family suite and it was amazing. Would return here without a doubt! Thanks to all for a lovely stay!

Adorable, homey place to stay

Jet, the only one who spoke English there was amazing and super helpful. We ate all our meals there bc was so convenient. Very cozy and nice decor!
