- Room had no heating only a Dyson hot and cold fan - As room had no heating Bathroom was also cold therefore towels always felt damp and smelt - Balcony was large however the decking was loose and broken. Extremely dangerous - Free mini bar fridge was warmer than the room and contained one can of fizzy orange, one can of fizzy apple and a small bottle of water between two - Road noise was loud as hotel sat on a five way road junction - TV only had all French speaking stations - The curtains were a challenge to close as they went around corners, behind TV and desk and the tracks did not run smoothly The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them. On a positive, the hotel was in a good location! We did not complain whilst we was staying there as we had booked a suite for three nights; thinking this would give us a better room. As the heating system wasn’t working we guessed all the rooms were the same and therefore nothing would be gained by complaining and we didn’t want to spoil our break by being negative. The rooms were very tired and needed some money spending on them.

Good location. Easy to park. Nice large rooms but with two twin beds pushed together the bedside lights and the table were too far away. Horrid pillows, one small, one square and they had a habit of falling down the back of the bed. Nice to have an inner door to shut our corridor noise. Quite area.

Okay but could have been better

When we arrived the staff was not very friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult due to codes and the parking being away from the hotel. We had to ask for help from the hotel staff which we got, to get into the parking and out again. One couldn't open a window in our bedroom at all and there was an aircon which blew right onto the bed. So we were either hot and stuffy or in a cold draft. it was clean and quiet.

Location was right in the middle of things which is exactly what we wanted - great private parking which was super easy to access (extra charge but super convenient & reasonably priced seeing as we were right in the centre of Lille) ... breakfast was good but area was small, got busy and was a bit cramped ... room was spacious, clean & comfortable ... staff were friendly & helpful - we enjoyed our stay!

Great location in Lille. Air con did not work in one of our rooms. Key cards never worked. Had to get keys redone every time you need to get into the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We love coming to this Hotel Nothing to much is a problem for the staff Lovely room in good location The lunches are something to behold And the breakfast is good and a reasonable price, not worth eating any where It would not compare It’s a birthday treat for me wife and they got her a little something How lovely We have recommended to our friends and next time we will bring our daughter
