Nous avons passé deux jours à Nashville pou découvrir l'ambiance de la ville et écouter de la musique. Nous avons fait le tour de ville en trolley tour, magnifique tour de ville up and off. Le musée Music Hall of fame très bien.

Room was clean but the sofa cover was torn. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and welcoming

Our Stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Lima, Ohio

It was nice, we were in town for a funeral after a 12 hour drive and heavy fog running late and they were very welcoming polite. we needed an extra night and our reservation was dropped by a third party. They accomidated us and allowed us to stay without changing rooms. I found all to be very curtious, friendly, helpful. The room was very clean nice and easy able to get all we needed. Parking was close and well lite. I would stay again. I would highly recommend it. Five star to us!!

Couch is torn. Ice almost slipped and fell. Cobwebs on ceiling. Dust on tv like a big amount!

The hotel staff were very very loud in the halls right outside my door in the late afternoon. It went on for quite a while, was a little disappointing and unexpected.

The stairwells were dirty. There was a large stain on the carpet in our room. No hot water in the shower. The hot water in the breakfast room wasn’t hot enough to make a cup of tea.

Not the best Second Encounter

The stay was ok I had 2 problems on my stay...first someone tried to enter my room around 11pm the safety latch prevented it I don't know who it was by the time I got up to check there was no one there. Second I got up around 830am and went to get a shower and there was no hot water. I complained when I checked out around 9 to which I received the generic "I'll inform the manager" blow off response. Not the best stay for my second time staying at this location. I know there won't be a third.
