Staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok, not bad, just not much variety, but delicious. If you book with Expedia for one passenger package they will charge you 100 soles a night if you bring any additional person to the room. A bit strange to figure out with Expedia packages but besides that, service is 10/10.

Ubicado en la Calle Esperanza a unas cuadras del Prque Kennedy, estaciones del autobús metropolitana y de las zonas turísticas de Miraflores. Rl staff es muy atento y el desayuno es variado y muy rico. Las habitaciones son amplias, las camas son muy cómodas y la ducha tiene muy buena presión de agua, tanto fría como caliente. Solo deberían mejorar las cerraduras de las puertas a cada habitación, pero el hotel es muy seguro.

I really liked the staff. They were very kind and polite. Breakfast was included which was great. I did get a room upgrade which had two beds and my stay was mostly comfortable. The only thing I didn't like too much is that there were days when some of the other guests or workers ( not sure) would be really noisy talking on the hallway and moving what sounded like furniture at 3 am. I did not request a room change as I was happy with the room and I had a provwdure so I would fall back asleep with the pain meds I was taking. Other than that my stay was good and I love the location because it's near to everything. I would definitely stay here again. In fact I used to stay at this hotel when it was called Stephanos several times.

A clean, quiet and comfortable room with private bath. No refrigerator, but good place for a short stay. Very good breakfast and service.

Photos on Expedia are not the reality of what they offer, bathrooms with mold, the toilet surround is yellow, old and dirty, shower with mold, bathroom door is old and moth-eaten... I requested a room change and the staff got angry... It's a shame the hotel is a 3-star hotel... it will be a 2 with the right... they don't provide good service with changing towels and giving soap... very bad, I don't recommend it to anyone... It's all a farce

Property was OK, however there was a strange smell on the hall way that was not good. We had an issue of water dropping from the bad tub which got our floor covered in water. Wen notified the staff so that they can act on it.

Check in/out staff are professional and helpful. Room is cleaned daily, cold/hot drinking water available upon request. Thanks to the young man who followed me outside to give me a small bag I left in storage. We felt at home and breakfast was delicious

From 5 hotels in Miraflores, we like Epiquos buffet breakfast because there was a waiter who brought us coffee. Gilbert made us feel at home. He was pleasant and helpful. We also like the size of the room tv snd the LG AC unit. Im sure owner will handle cracked mirrors soon
