Spacious Apartment with a Pretty View

The apartment was located in a nice part of Miraflores right next to the ocean. The apartment itself is pretty big and has some nice features - washer/dryer, full kitchen, lots of beds, etc. My only complaints would be that there is construction that starts in the morning and keeps you awake, as well as lots of street noise since the walls separating the apartment from the street are thin, and also the bathroom had a moldy smell to it, as well as the hallway outside of the apartment. The building has a 24 hour security guard which was nice when we had to leave very early in the morning or come back late at night.

Amazing apartment with a lovely view! We spend the evenings sitting by thte big windows with a glass of wine, best experience with the family!. Fully equipped apartment. Comfortable and spacious. Hosts where great, arranged a taxi for us and made sure we where comfortable.

Worst experience ever

We arrived to Lima from Cusco after doing the Inca Trails. When we got to the apartment that was rented 6 month prior (and paid for), we discovered that they rented the apartment to somebody else and we didn't have a place to stay. Horrible! Disrespectful! Never happen to us before. We'll not recommend this property!

There was a problem with the reservations in Expedia and this reservation came on top of another who booked a month before, the guest was called and email at least one month before by us and by Expedia trying to relocate them into another apartment with Ocean View, but the guest never reply. I was very sorry for the trouble and try to help the guest to relocated at last minute when he came for check in, gave them Expedia relocation number, but they left the building and didn`t hear from them anymore. We take very seriously all of our reservations and if there is a problem of any kind we will always try our best ( and Expedia) to find the best solution.

Beautiful view of the ocean, lots of street noise Nice condo. Beds in second bedroom were not comfortable
