We arrived exhausted from a long day of driving. The front desk staff was friendly, but we couldn't get into our room with the keys he gave us. When we returned, he gave us keys again and told us to try again. We went back to the room and it still didn't work. We had to go back to the front desk and then he came back with us to the SAME room and the keys didn't work for him. He finally gave us keys to a different room. The whole thing took nearly a half hour when we just wanted to crash and sleep. Then the neighbors down the hall seemed to be young men - maybe truckers? And they were loudly enjoying themselves and keeping the whole hall awake. They finally quieted down a little after we complained to the front desk. The beds were perfectly comfortable, but the room overall felt a little dated - there was damage in the shower. and the bathroom was cramped. I ended up hitting my head very hard on the towel rack because it was positioned really close to the side of the shower where the knobs and faucet were. Breakfast was good. Overall it was fine, and the price was reasonable, but could have been better.

Key cards would not work most of the time Half roll of toilet paper and nothing extra. Bathroom sink not working properly. Excercise room not accessible.

did not have room type Hotel.com advertised and charged extra for. Hotel.com owes me $30+ and other than the nice hotel beds and linens, the room and bathroom needed general maintenance.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The hotel allows pets so be prepared for barking dogs. We had to switch rooms, but staff was very accommodating. The comforter on the bed had a red stain, but otherwise clean!
