The pictures on Expedia where nothing like what the room was , the room had a horrible mold smell and when I asked if I could upgrade or pay extra for a different room the lady told me there was nothing available, so I ended up having to find another hotel that night, after getting settled into my new hotel I realized I still had the first key card and went to return it , and upon doing so they had a shift change, I explained what happened to the new employee that was working and she said the other female lied completely and could have changed our room , and that they had plenty more available. Not sure why she was such a b .... But either I will never be going back also I will be turning the hotel into the Oregon department of health for horrible mold issues that they don't want to address, this hotel is horrible all the way around save your money and time ....
