This hotel is subpar. The outside property is not well kept at all and the lobby area looks well-worn. The remodeled room was a pleasant surprise. There was plenty of space in the 2-bed room. However, we had a connecting room and could hear the next door conversations loud and clear. Overall, it’s probably okay for an overnight stay but will not be our “go-to” hotel in Lincoln.

They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay! Nowhere else we would stay while in Lincoln!

We got to the room and there were coffee grounds all over the counter, opened packets of creamer/sugar that were stuffed back in the cup next to the coffee maker. Rollie pollie bugs crawling in the bathroom behind the toilet. We were going to go swim after a long day of travel and felt unwelcome by the guy at the front so we stayed holed up in our room, there was a misunderstanding with room fees and he copped an attitude with me. When confronted he told me he didn’t have an attitude and continued to tell the other gal “just get her in” very rude like I am glad we don’t have to go back.

Better Options Out There

Not the best Holiday Inn Express around. Room (210) was musty and the smell made me cough all night. Should've changed rooms but guessing others had the same issue. Place just felt cheap compared to other Express I've stayed at.

Liked the front desk person. She was very sweet and handled an issue i had with speed and grace. There was someone sleeping in the bed when i got to the room and that was a shock! The girl at the front desk switched me without hesitation.

Not a good time

We were supposed to have a double queen bed. We got there they gave us a king with a pullout couch. In the couch were dirty clothes and the room smelled like mold. I went down the the from desk they said they sold all the queen double rooms. And didn’t offer anything else for me. They over booked and I didn’t have any other options. Will not stay at this location again. Which is sad I have never had a bad experience with a holiday inn

The eggs were dry and cold. The sausage was barely warm. Both trays were virtually empty and stayed that way while we ate. It was not almost 9:00AM it was barely 7:00AM. Disappointing as we have never had this at a holiday Inn Express

We had a great stay. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were the best! Today we slept 500 miles down the road at a different hotel. Big mistake. I will be looking for holiday inn from now on.
