Room was great. Easy checkin, checkout. Really close to highway and main roads but also off the path a little, easy to get to places downtown. Looks like a tiny possibly rundown or sketchy hotel from outside but nice inside and clean and up to date. Breakfast is very small and not awesome but it works.

Tub for the shower was slippery and ended up falling in the tub. Bruised elbows and left hip. Your showers either need grip strips or a shower mat.

It's what you'd expect for an inexpensive motel. There were only two (2) Queen bed room options when we checked in quite late but were graciously told one had 2 golfers above and the other had a bathroom door that doesn't close properly. We chose the 2nd floor room with bad door and got a good night sleep and reasonably OK continental breakfast.

The check in was fine. The poor man was doing his best; he was trying to keep up with laundry at the same time. There was dirt and dead bugs in the bathtub, and the entire place smelled like mold. There was mold growing in the seal of the mini frige in the room. There must have been a flood in the hallway, they just threw a blanket over it. The "hot" breakfast was that they had a waffle iron. Breakfast was white bread and bagels they stuck in baggies.

Lincoln is a crappy town. I wish i would have pushed through to Souix City. I thought Lincoln would have some good food but I was wrong on this. I ate at a mediocre resturant a few miles away. The area around the hotel attracts sketchy people and I wasn't confident that my vehicle was going to be safe. I didn't have any problems but I wasn't at ease. The hotel is fine but Lincoln in general has been ruined.

Basic and needs updates

The location of this motel is excellent. Quiet, near the city and stores. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place needs serious updates. The appliances and furniture were very used. The bathtub looked grimey. Breakfast was very basic. No eggs. I paid half as much for a motel in Omaha that was twice as nice. Bed was uncomfortable. Stained, flat pillows, chipped fridge. It did work. Good TV channels. Solo female travellers should stay on second floor. The property backs to a rail line and is generally very quiet.

With Hotel Prices through the roof, it’s nice to know that there are still a few $100 a night rooms out there that aren’t scary. This hotel rates average but for the price it was a great deal. Clean, Quiet and seemed to be safe. The breakfast was not much, but again, for the price we were very content.

This place was a great stay especially for the price! Everything was a little run down and old but it was clean and very spacious. Only con would be that our fridge wasn’t working but the staff made sure to note any comments we had about our stay to make the experience better for others in the future.

Microwave, broken. Phone to call the front desk about the microwave, broken. Carpet near the outlet to plug in the microwave, FILTHY. Faucet leaks onto the counter. Tissue box, maybe five tissues. I've been stopping here for years. Never again. I'll be paying more elsewhere for a nights stay that will actually be enjoyable.
