Special Place, Wonderful Stay
Posted Jun. 13, 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was amazing...simply top notch. From the staff, to the cleanliness, to the setting to the food, we could not have wished for anything better. Went with 3 friends and I would love to go back with my husband. Sooo beautiful and serene and again, the staff made this one of our best resort stays to date.

Posted Jun. 11, 2023 on HotelsHealthy, delicious, plentiful breakfast I’m lined with your room, exceeds expectations. Beautiful grounds, multiple pools, gorgeous rooms with the most comfortable beds. The location is walkable to many nice spots and plenty of restaurants. The restaurants at the resort are very good. Splurge for the Michelin Stared places, because the other restaurant, is good but still expensive, pay the extra and have something great. Service is good, especially the housekeeping staff. The spa is fabulous! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Great spot
Posted Aug. 29, 2022 on HotelsBeautiful hotel. Old school property but not in a bad way. We stayed for four nights and didn’t really leave. The food is great and the area near the water is pretty magical. Sunsets here are great. Service is exceptional. That being said, the hotel isn’t brand new or modern but who cares? I’d recommend and return for sure.

Beautiful location
Posted Oct. 5, 2020 on HotelsThis resort is located in an unbeatable location with a magnificent view over the sea and other islands. The service is friendly but lacks professionalism at times, especially in the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Cappero where we felt rushed through the 10-course tasting menu and where service was alternately over-bearing (having the staff stare at you while you're eating) but also inattentive (staff didn't notice that a glass of water had been spilled and rarely topped up our wine). The fabric of the hotel is also somewhat disappointing, especially given the extremely high price point for the accommodations. The rooms are comfortable but not luxurious and in general the hotel is showing its age. The pool and sea swimming areas are very beautiful but the facilities in them are in a poor state of repair, with showers not working and all the water jets in the heated pool not functional. Overall, this is definitely the best hotel on the island, but it is significantly over-priced given the state of repair of the property and the inconsistent service. The food is excellent but expect to pay significantly more than on the mainland.

This was a beautiful resort to stay in. The rooms all had an amazing view, they were very comfortable and clean. The staff were very warm and welcoming and could not do enough to assist you. We found no fault whatsoever with this resort and would with highly recommended to all.

Beautiful resort on Vulcano Island, sicily
Posted Sep. 20, 2019 on HotelsWhat a wonderful ending to an amazing trip around Italy. The rooms, staff, food ,d surroundings were all five star. Plus to top It off they have a 1 Star Michelin restaurant. Absolutely not wonderful stay.
