5 Bedroom Villa near Ericeira with sun terraces and heated outdoor pool

The villa is not over looked, very private gardens and safe for families and groups who wish to have a relaxing time away. Far reaching beautiful views of the valleys of Foz do Lizandro and also views of the beach in the distance.

Seascape Villa is equipped throughout to ensure you enjoy a wonderful stay:
Wi-Fi, Netflix connected TV as well a large Miele kitchen for those off you who love to cook whilst away with well equipped cupboards full of utensils, cookware. table wear, coffee machine and electric blender / juicer.

The layout of the villa is over three floors, upon entering the villa on the top floor you have three large rooms which consist of a king size bed, a super king bed and the third room which can either be two singles or a double bed / cot room. All of the bedrooms can fit a travel cot as well for families staying in the villa.

The super king room has its own ensuite, whilst the other two rooms have their own bathrooms next door to them one with a shower and the other with a bath. All the bedrooms on the top floor have built in wardrobes and views over Foz do Lizandro hills and the villa garden.

The two other rooms are then split over the two lower floors accessed through the kitchen and sitting room area. These two rooms are outside of the property, the double room is next to the kitchen with its own door from just outside the kitchen door and sun terrace area which over looks the large sun terrace and upper garden with the olive tree.

The 5th room is a large annex underneath the villa which is on the same level as the pool and lower garden level this is accessed via the steps in the garden to the pool (this is not suitable for anyone disabled). This room has a king size bed and its own large shower ensuite as well as mini kitchen. The room also has two small double sofas and large enough to accommodate two cot beds as well as a camp bed for slightly older children if required.

Our main living room has some of the most spectacular views over the valleys and is perfect for chilling and watching the world go by. For those that come out of season the sitting room has a large open fire which is so cosy on a winters night in front of the tv with a nice bottle of Portuguese wine.

St Juliao beach is within walking distance from the villa has some lovely cafes whilst Foz do Lizandro beach is a 5 minute drive which has a surf school as well as a mixture of bars / cafe's. On certain days one of the bar's has a fantastic sushi menu. Within 10 minutes you will be in Ericeira town which has some fantastic bars, shops and cafes. We have a guest pin board in the villa which has a list of contact numbers, cards and leaflets of our favourite places to go to.

The pool is 8 metres in length and has beautiful views. The pool can be offered as heated or not heated for a stay. *Please see pool details for further details.

The villa is our second home when we travel and our two young boys love coming to the Villa. We want all our guests to feel like they are home.

**The villa is also equipped with a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and for those little people a smaller toilet seat. Cot's and additional beds will need to be requested.**
