Staff were very friendly and we felt really looked after during our stay. The hotel breakfast was very nice with a large selection of fruits cheeses and pastries every morning. Hotel is very well situated for Rossio train station. Lots of bars and restaurants are in easy walk.

It was on a quiet street but very close to restaurants, sites, and shopping. The staff was great, helpful, and professional. The only downside was that we stayed in an unrenovated room with no Netflix.

Very friendly, professional and helpful staff. The location is great. Located near restaurants, squares, museums, metro stations, shopping areas, etc Rooms are small but well kept and nice bathrooms. It has two elevators and a restaurant.

The location of the hotel is the best! we were able to walk to pretty much any restaurant shops and group tour meeting points within 5 to 10 minute walking distance. The room was equipped with nice amenities.
