Clean room, friendly staff, next to Benfica stadium! It was a great setup for dad and I. We areived in Lisbon early and they let us checkin early. Receptionist spoke bith English and Portuguese. The room was a great setup a literal apartment! A living room, kitchenette, bathroom and we had a room with 2 bedrooms. Dad and i had space to hang out together and have privacy at night. There was a couple of stumbling blocks trying to figure out how a couple of things worked lol i didnt know you needed to put the room key in the slot next to the door to make the lights and AC work in the room so i had to call down to the front desk to figure out why the lights werent turning on. Also buttons are a little different in the shower so it took some fiddling around to figure it out lol the hotel is about 10-15 minutes away from the Lisbon airport and away from the main part of lisbon but everything is easy to get to via an uber or bolt. Our tour guide had no issue picking us up at the hotel. Benfica stadium is across the street. There was a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel that served mainly burgers. The food was good, our only complaint was that we would ask for our burgers to be well done and they still came out a bit under cooked. However the wings were delicious. Breakfast was a buffet they had eggs, beans, bacon and another protien that varied and then pasteries and different types of breads and cheeses. We loved our stay! Highly recommend!

Very poor customer service. Staff does not even notice you walking in or out. The gym is extremely poorly ventilated- it feels like exercising in a sunny glass sauna. The central air does not work. You have to ask the front desk for a single dishwasher pod and there was no liquid soap or dish soap provided. I am not exaggerating. The cleaning lady had us go to the front desk every day that we needed a dishwasher pod. The hotel looks nice and sparkly on the outside but the dark aesthetic on the inside is just to camoflauge the poor cleanliness of the interior. Really disappointed.

Apartments were well maintained with comfortable beds. Staff is friendly. Pool on roof is a nice benefit, along with having a grocery store across the street. Wish the area was a little closer to the cooler areas of Old Lisbon, but Ubers are cheap and quick. Nice place to stay if you want some extra space.

Pro: Our family enjoyed our stay for 1 week. Rooms were clean and it was great to have breakfast options. Supermarket across the street. Beach towel provided and repairs addressed promptly. Thoughtful welcome gift! Con: Was hoping the rooms would be ready prior to 3pm, but it was ready after 3:30pm. Only iron access is to go to laundry room to use. Breakfast was fairly the same everyday. Return the free complimentary wine as i did not like dry wine and I wasn't given another option. Staff English is limited.

Great area for watching a soccer match! Also only a short drive to airport. Not really easy to get to other tourist attractions however. Really liked the accommodations and food at restaurant was great!

We stayed at Upon Lisbon hotel with the breakfast and they were a lot of choice with good varieties and different coffee and fresh juices. The bed was very comfy that it was hard to wake up for the breakfast.

This hotel had more negatives than positives. The property was in a good location as we planned to visit Benfica stadium. It was a plus with the roof top pool on the 8th floor which was very warm and not deep. There was also a grocery supermarket opposite so we could buy food, drinks and snacks for the stay. However, the room was not fit for a hotel stay. The TV isn't updated to allow you to watch Netflix or even screen share with iPhone. The bathroom had no place to put your toiletries when you wanted to use them. The bed had no matress topper and was sinking when we got in. The walls are so thin we hear other hotel stayers sneezing and running and moving furniture. It was definitely not worth the stay. A day before, we stayed in a hotel in Rossio and that room had it all and it was only 3 stars. Didn't enjoy the stay and just wanted to go back home.
