The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, while the second has a cozy double bed. Both rooms have complimentary hotel-quality linens for a restful night's sleep and built-in wardrobes for ample storage space.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Take advantage of two designated street parking spaces in the rear area of the property for added convenience during your stay.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
