Beware

The property manager is the owner and he is very particular to who says at "his house" and his screening process is weird. Usually the key is left on the lock box but not in this case. The owner wants to see if you meet his approval. You should not be so attached listing your home to be rented. I understand you don't want your property damaged but that is what cameras are for. He has mad crazy rules and you are better off at a hotel. At least there you can have a guest over. This place is far out from the city. I only rented it because it was close to family. If you do not meet " his requirements " you reservations will be canceled immediately. My reservations at your only risk!!!
