The phone didn't work. The outlet on the light that I needed for my CPAP isn't work. The internet wouldn't connect. The hallway smelled of marijuana. Other than that, the stay was great. Great view. Courteous friendly staff.

The hotel is outdated and due to its current state they shouldn’t charge what other Hilton-DoubleTree’s charge. They don’t have smart TV’s, they don’t have streaming apps, they don’t have movie channels, just basic cable. The breakfast is an absolute waste, $16.99 for a continental breakfast is insane…and it doesn’t provide juice. The walls are paper thin and with the wind blowing the door continuously shook. I pay more so I expect more, $377 for 2 nights with 10 year old amenities, that’s comical.

Very clean, neatly presented facility. The staff were amazing…. I got there at 4a and the lady said ‘here Mr Johnson, we already checked you in; have a great nights rest.’ Every staff member greeted me warmly. Bathroom wallpaper had seen better days.

Customer service was awesome. The front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful! I do think that the room was not what was depicted in the photos when I booked. There was no couch or roomy sitting area. I also think it would be a huge convenience to have a microwave inside the room. I had to go from the 14th floor to the lobby just to warm my food up. And the ice machine on our floor was out of order. The only great thing about the room was the balcony and the view.
