Clean and in a good location for Liverpool town centre and a short walk to Albert Dock etc. Unfortunately quite noisy due to location but otherwise good value. Did not try the onsite restaurant although this seemed busy and affordable.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant could do more for allergies, very little on the menu for gluten allergy, I understand it can be difficult but other restaurants have a GF menu and strive to include intolerances and allergies.

There was building works outside my room starting at 0630 all 3 mornings I was there, I did complain to reception who offered to move me but I didn’t see much point as I would have heard them from anywhere in the hotel
