Front desk staff was extremely helpful. Marjeta was fantastic will do everything in her power to help in a crisis precious.Beakfast was bountiful if you can`t find it here it doesn`t exist. Entire operation exceeded in so many ways. A must to book if in Ljubljana.

Hotel is in an excellent area. Very easy to get around from here. Tourist sights are all in walking distance The rooms could do with a bit of updating. Don't know if this applies to all rooms. Breakfast was fine. And it was easy to get to sleep , all quiet on a night, even though it is in a lively area throughout the day.

Very accessible to the old town, bus station and just across Zara for shopping. The breakfast options were very good and the staff very friendly. The only downside is that they're renovating but I barely heard it from my room.

We had a great stay here. The hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. Arriving was tricky as we were driving but the hotel is located on a promenade where cars are not allowed. We finally found out that hotel guests have permission to drive up to the hotel. Check in was easy and quick. The room was comfortable, beds were nice and they even offer a pillow menu. Great view from our room of the promenade. Breakfasts were amazing with a great selection of items offered. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel is located within walking distance to the river, shops, restaurants and all of the sites of the old town. The valet service was excellent. They even retrieved my iPad from my car after I left it. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, breakfast and customer service. The room was spacious and overall good though there were a couple of problems with the room as well. First night there, tried to open the wardrobe and the whole door comes off. Thankfully the receptionist got it sorted the next day. A couple of other little fixtures looked like they were on their last leg too, bathroom door hinges for one. It would have been nice to have space in the fridge for water to keep cool etc instead of a full mini bar, I didn't dare move anything in case there were pressure sensors. However the constant restock of cartoned water did make up for this. Air conditioning worked a treat too. Overall, I was very pleased. Absolutely would stay here again.

Location: Ideal. The hotel is situated a short walk from the main train station and an even shorter walk to old town main sites. It is a busy area during the day but very quiet at night. Hotel: Very nice and good for a longer stay. The included breakfast was very nice. Room: We had a nice room overlooking the Main Street, but it was very quiet. Well equipped and clean. Certainly, sufficiently spacious for our 2 night stay. Staff: Were very nice and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

Location: Perfect. Easy walk from the train station and a very short walk to the old town centre. Restaurants, sites and shopping within a couple of blocks. Room: Perfect for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. The inner courtyard is currently having some construction so a little loud during business hours but very quiet at night. Staff: Were very nice and helpful. The staff at breakfast were very efficient and nice. I would stay here again
