Our stay started with the air conditioning not working on the first night, leaving the room at around 35C. The host resolved it the next day.Unfortunately, the bigger issues came afterward. We suddenly had no running water at all — we couldn’t wash our hands, flush the toilet, or take showers. When we contacted the host, he claimed it was a general neighborhood issue and said he would only address it if the problem continued. However, after speaking with neighbors, we confirmed they all had normal water supply.The host eventually arranged a water truck to refill the rooftop tank, but the water pressure remained extremely low — water was barely dripping from the taps. To conserve water, we tried to minimize usage (including 2-minute showers), but the problem returned. This time, the host stopped responding.Because of these repeated and unresolved issues with basic utilities (AC and water), we had no choice but to leave early and book another place at double the cost. We also spent over 5 hours on the phone with VRBO support without a good resolution.This was a very disappointing experience. I cannot recommend this property due to the lack of reliable essentials and poor host responsiveness.
