Our Dog was welcomed. Very friendly and approachable staff, our room was as expected clean and exactly what we required as being disabled, on the ground floor and a walk in shower. We had no problems getting there, and being there, staff were excellent and attentive, Especially Gavin GM. Dale HM, and Pete the Executive Chef. Other staff were friendly and helpful too. We had a great stay.

We were desperate for a place to stay for the night , otherwise we would have left after visiting the room The Inn had seen better days The carpet was dirty , the room felt greasy A very large tub sat in the bedroom , with 2 large ice buckets - maybe it was once a honeymoon suite ? The room was advertised for 4 sleepers - it was not. They placed a cot on the floor for our teen son. The best part of the experience was the morning breakfast , nicely serviced by friendly staff and a hearty breakfast

Our stay at the Grey Gull was great!..ok so it needs a little updating but the addition of being the only hotel in or around Ardrishaig with hot tubs at a reasonble price reflects this!..The meals were lovely and good options for all the family...service was good and staff friendly...all in all we would certainly return if in the area..🙂

Hotel was great and so we stayed an extra night as the area was great just what we were looking for in Scotland as we were traveling around . The Grey Gull Hotel is an old building and requires much renovation. However our bedroom was large, clean and we enjoyed our one night stay. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. Would certainly return especially at the price it is at present.
