dirty and cold

my partner and I have been travelling for months and have never left a bad review however this place really needs some work before made available for people to stay. The floors were extremely dirty (had to wear shoes all the time), shower was very old and unpractical as well as being very cold, the room was freezing and had no proper heating. 2 days in a row there was no toilet paper and had to ask for it. Location was a bit far from things but we knew that when booking. It was advertised as a private room yet had to share all facilities such as a bathroom with homeowners and other travellers staying there
