Lovely hotel. The beds were really comfortable and there was plenty of room. Lovely clean bathroom. Very well equipped with hair dryer, iron etc. Would definitely stay again. Absolutely perfect location for the Barbican.

Adequate. Bed was very hard. Fridge was noisy. The weird arrangement of door, vestibule, door was inconvenient to get into the room, and annoying when our neighbours arrived home in the middle of the night and pissed around outside our room repeatedly slamming the two doors. The cafe on the ground floor was awful. Took more than 15 minutes to get a coffee and pastry out of the troupe of girls standing around chatting.

Room was spacious. We got an upgrade when arriving which was appreciated. Found bed comfy and room clean. Some lovely places for food nearby as well as well as other things to do. A nice hub for a London trip.

Great room, get rid of disposables in the café

The room was spacious and well proportioned, perfect for our one night stay. It would have been perfect had the extra bed been prepared or at least bedding provided, we noticed this very late and had to get dressed to get it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only niggle was the breakfast. While the café looked appealing and suggested a specific vibe, being served coffee and food in disposable cups shouldn't be a thing anymore nowadays, especially from a sustainability point of view. Had we known, we would have had breakfast elsewhere.
