The location is literally right by the public transport train however, it’s not in the main area for tourist things other than the tower bridge and London bridge. There are lots of cute bars and restaurants in walking distance. It was do cute and great price very clean just very small good for1 or 2 ppl max.

I have used Citizen M for years. Sadly recently they have been taken over by Marriott. What made Citizen M so special was their independence and customer satisfaction. Already, you can see a change in customer service. In the past, they would allow early check-in if room was ready, usually give a complimentary drink at the bar, but not anymore. Marrriott policy says no. In the room, only in the night did I realise that there was no glass in the room, so getting some water was very difficult. The sink unit was tired - one panel broken and pushed in, scuff marks and chipped edges. The showergel was less than 25% full - clearly not refilled. Citizen M - up your game, otherwise you won’t survive.

Annoying check-in and check-out that's supposed to make these procceses efficient and self-service, but you end up meeding staff to assist. Room is clean, but basic, and another annoyance is that everything has to ne controlled through an iPad.
