Hot water didn’t work in the sink. Not even after waiting all the time suggested by the “notes” about their water system.
The curtains were not hanging properly and came off the rail when we opened them in the morning.
The breakfast area was bad: no milk at all. Hardly anything on offer.
Room decorations were lovely: that was a high point.

Needs a facelift
Publié le 21 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThis is a really unique inn that needs upgrades. Our suite did not have an operational tv or bathroom light. The walls were stained and the bed needs a comfortable duvet. A little more attention to detail would make for a better stay for guests.

Room was excellent, very clean. Definitely go back whenever im in Strathroy.
TV was broken over the holidays. Manager said he give me discount because he hasnt had tome to get a new one. To me that was a big plus.
One downside there was no frig.
All in all was impressed. 😁

It was really pretty and the staff was so nice. I also enjoyed the easy check-out process. However, I wish I had known there was a parking time limit during daytime. Also, there was an ant infestation in the bathroom of my room and the tv was broken. There were also stains on the walls from the AC leaking.

The food was very good. A tad overpriced. The heritage and decor is amazing! Bed was very hard. Very nice surprise to have Continental breakfast included.

Beautiful historic building, with an amazing bistro pub downstairs! I liked that I could just stay there for dinner. Amazing service from staff!
