Facility was clean...well except with the issues with the parking lot - looks like the manhole sewers were clogged and the parking lot was flooded...

The person working the front desk both Dec 25 and Dec 26 was amazing. Incredibly helpful, friendly and accomodating! Very appreciative of his help.

We stay at this hotel several times throughout each year. It is our first choice for our family of five. The suite fits us all and we like having a mini-fridge and two televisions. The towels and bedding are good quality. The workout room has been redone and is much better. I do wish, however, that there were wipes provided for cleaning the equipment after use. The front desk staff are always very good.

WORST HOTEL EVER! I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING THIS HOTEL! There are BEDBUGS at this hotel, they have refused to issue me a refund despite the fact that I and my guests could not sleep in the hotel due to the bedbugs. Bedbugs were crawling all over, one of my guests was bitten vicariously by bedbugs. Terrible and very terrible customer service. I have pictures and videos of what happened and these bedbugs running around. The hotel did not care! BOOK HOTEL AT YOUR OWN RISK! A bedbug bite does a lot to your health.

There could have been a couple of bottles of water in the rooms and maybe 2 cookies or granola bars. No vending machines anywhere and Starbucks closed before our arrival.

No water No room credit

Checkin in was great. The room was amazing. However, on the morning of checkout the hotel had no water as there was a leak in the lobby. So no shower, washing up or using the bathroom. Front desk was trying to handle the situation but it was not resolved. So I had to go to my next destination without a shower. When asked for any credit for the lack of water I was told no as I booked through this site and not directly with the Marriott.
