Very handy for early morning flights from Heathrow. The Hopper bus makes several stops so takes a little longer than you would expect, so a cab/ taxi might be a quicker way to get to the Terminals, especially T5

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place London. The staff was very friendly and helpful and tried to accommodate us with suggestions of eateries and sites to see. Bus transportation was steps from the hotel which was very helpful. It is best to purchase food ticket for breakfast when you arrive instead of at booking. You’ll save a little! Will stay here again.

A good place for an overnight stay but…

A great place to stay overnight close to the airport. Check in was great and the staff at the restaurant were great. The only thing was that I was out in a room facing an empty field and police station or something like that and was not as pleasing as I would have hoped. Also don’t understand why the toilet paper holder in the bathroom is in the opposite end of the bathroom from the toilet.

We stayed here because we had a flight the next day out of Heathrow. The staff were attentive, and kind. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was perfect. Very quiet, couldn't hear the airport or fellow travelers. I would definitely recommend staying there.

If you have to stay at a hotel near Heathrow aiport, this is a very pleasant stay. Because I had emergency surgery at a nearby hospital my huband, and then later me had to stay here for 10 days. The staff were kind, and remembered our orders and preferences. I even got a Get Well Card at the end of our stay.
