Lovely hotel, stayed due to event at Excel. Comfy bed, clean and decent size room. Great pool with steam room and sauna. Great restaurants short walk away and near DLR line to get to underground if you don’t want to walk

Really lovely clean rooms, hotel was nice and quiet. Didn't hear anyone else in their rooms or coming in from nights out and we stayed at the weekend. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast had so much choice and was presented nicely. Would highly recommend staying here, we'll definitely be back. 10/10 from us 😁

Okay hotel but nothing wow

Accidentally booked an accessible room, telephone in room didn’t work, fridge didn’t work & coffee machine had a jammed pod inside it so couldn’t use. Staff were friendly, swimming pool lovely, air con was amazing.
