Great location. The stay was fantastic. The staff was amazing and so friendly. Comfy rooms, very good breakfast with awesome service. We will be again on out next visit.

It served our purpose for a short stay in London. Our room was in the lower level just beside the breakfast area, so a lot of noise early in the morning, but helped not to miss the breakfast. Nothing special, but the coffee, toast and eggs were a quite a bonus to begin the day. I did not see any elevators (certainly not to the lower level, so please keep in mind if you are travelling with suit cases as might end up carrying it up and down on a narrow steep staircase. We travelled with back packs, so no issues for us.

Perfect stay at the Luna Simone, I was a solo traveller and stayed in the single room on the top floor, it was ideal and very clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast included, it was tasty and a great way to start the day.It was in good walking distance of all the main attractions, Buckingham palace, Westminster abbey and big Ben, alternatively there is a bus stop right outside the hotel. Handy little shops to get snacks and places to eat also in the area of the hotel. I'll be sure to stay at the Luna Simone again if I get the opportunity to visit London again. Thank you to the staff who were all so friendly and helpful!

Very friendly, made you feel very cared for. The location is excellent for getting to the major sights in London. Only downside was the inability to get fresh air in the room at night. Room got a bit stuffy.

Fine, if you have good legs, eye mask and earplug.

A poor nights sleep, caused by rattling old sash windows and ill-fitting curtains. Room on the third floor with no lift. Great breakfast: table service, ample choice, the best fried eggs I have had in a hotel ever.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism by the staff, setting the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. Their attentiveness and support throughout our visit were consistently excellent—nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction was met with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. The morning began with a freshly prepared cooked breakfast, which was delicious —an ideal start to the day. Overall, the combination of outstanding hospitality and thoughtful touches made our stay both comfortable and memorable. We left feeling well looked after and would happily return.

This is a small, family-owned property with extremely friendly staff. All the basics amenities are provided including a sit-down breakfast from a limited menu. WiFi, TV, and a ceiling fan in the rooms. FYI - there is no elevator but there are a few main level rooms. Walking distance to dining and small grocery options. Approximately .5 to 1 mile from two different Underground stations and the Victoria train station.

Good hotel but no AC

The hotel is in a great location and the staff is amazing. Good breakfast included with a very friendly staff. Rooms were always clean. The only issue is they have no AC which makes it’s very hot in the summer months. Our stay was in the end of July and beginning of August and it was very hot in the room. They provided a portable AC which unfortunately made it very humid and it was noisy.

Very nice breakfast and breakfast staff were wonderful. Friendly, funny and so attentive. Very clean hotel, comfortable beds. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Nice bathroom. A good option for access to all central London and less than 1/2 mile flat walk to Victoria station. No air conditioning but fans and open windows make things very comfortable. Would stay here again..

Great spot!

Love the location. Staff is super friendly, breakfast is great. Room was clean. It was a little small but fine. Not the fault of the hotel but it was hot when we were there and tough to sleep. They had fans in the room but they could only help so much. I highly recommend the hotel but know that if the weather is hot, the room may he too.

The room was small but clean and it offered the necessary amenities. There is no air conditioning but they had a ceiling fan over the bed that cooled us down while we slept. There is no lift so you have to be able to walk up stairs. The breakfast was simple but good and the service was exceptionally. It was a great location!

Loved this hotel

Staff were friendly and informative. Room was clean, spacious and there was a fan in the room. It was one of the hottest days so happy they had switched it on. Restaurant and shops nearby. Definitely would come back again.
