The air freshener being pumped into all the halls was oppressive and made me feel sick. The lighting was dark during the day and so dark in the lift that you could read the signage of what was on which floor.

Our experience at the Me Hotel was above expectation as we have not stayed at this hotel prior to September 24, 2025. We arrived early and were greeted politely informing us that the room was ready however, itneeded to be inspected. We were advised to take a seat and given a glass of complementary wine. At 3 PM, when the room was ready, we were shown to the room and provided with some very useful information about the room. We relaxed and went out for a few hours and noted when we returned that housekeeping had entered the room and turned the bed down ready for our night sleep, as well as placing the slippers beside our bed. Despite some negative online comments by others, that was not our experience of the hotel on our 5th floor. There was no oder, the area was clean and the service was excellent. I would certainly stay at this hotel again in future.

I had an exam in London which made choose a close hotel to exam facility. Me London was within reasonable distance. I really wanna thank Me London team especially Diana for her support and encouragement during my exam days. She was so nice as she surprised me with a little gift after my first part of the exam. I wish if I can download the photos you can see. Also, I would like to thank Hanaa in the breakfast area. She was so helpful and always there to provide help. She is so attentive to orders as well.
