The room we reserved was including a kitchen, it was sufficient except for the lack of instructions on how to use the cooktop. There are no towel racks or hooks to hang a towel from In between uses. No privacy door for the WC. The room HVAC system was also hard to get to a comfortable temperature, it was often too warm. If I ever get a chance to visit London again, I might try another hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here., great location, just a 10-minute ride to the Chelsea stadium. The apartment was a good size and had everything I needed. I will book this apartment again for sure!

I travelled for a business trip and the room was spacious and very clean. I was surprised to see a co-working space and for someone travelling for work this was very convenient to catch up on some emails. Great location, very close to the underground and I would definitely return.

This is the worst hotel in London. I was never sent my check. In code, it took 30 minutes to get through to them and finally get it. The bed was not clean in my room, there was a huge pumping noise so I couldn’t sleep. There are no staff on site-absolute disaster. This should not be on your site. Dreadful.

Brilliant stay for one night in Chelsea. The area is absolutely amazing – tons of cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and your literally minutes from the Tube station which makes getting anywhere in London incredibly convenient. Also really close to some excellent museums if you're into that. Room was spotless and had a really comfortable bed. The online check in was easy and WhatsApp support worked really well when I needed to ask a couple of questions. Perfect base for exploring London. The neighbourhood itself is lovely and felt very safe. Would definitely book again!
