Rooms clean but basic. Beds comfy enough. Staff are miserable and dont talk to you. Nobody there at breakfast to guide you where to sit etc. Basic cereals , nothing really children like. Your breakfast is served to you but they put it down and walk off without saying anything.

I stayed at the property for several days and generally had a very favorable opinion of the room and staff. I did have one comment and one concern. My comment is that the curtains could be more opaque. Sunrise comes very early in the morning and would prefer that it didn't wake me up at 4.00 in a bright room. My concern was more cataclysmic. On my last day, housekeeping had serviced the room. When i came back in the evening, my door was ajar. It looks like that housekeeping had not properly closed the door and anyone could've walked in after and stolen things. It looks like that didnt happen and i couldn't find anything missing, but the possibility was quite concerning.
