Great location but took us 3 hours to figure out where to get the key then another hour to get in the building. Last day...couldn’t figure out where to leave the key

Great Location, unit is OK

Location was excellent, in a convenient nice neighborhood and only a short walk to London Bridge Station. Also it was only a short walk to Tower Bridge and walking distance to many attractions in the area, such as Tower of London, Shard, Sky Garden.... The unit itself was OK, it has 2 bedrooms, a living room with 2 sofas, 2 bathrooms and a good size kitchen, adequate for our family of five. The mattresses were not comfortable to sleep in, the bathrooms were not in the best condition. I wish they put a curtain in one of the bath tub to keep the water from splashing out. Currently it has a small partial shower door which fails to work properly. We eventually stopped using that shower tub so we didn't have to mop the floor each time someone took a shower.
