I have my booking via hotels.com and fully paid for the stay. When I checkin, the staff asked me to pay. I told him I've already paid and I was trying to find the receipt from hotels.com. The network wasn't very great though. While I was downloading the receipt, the staff asked me to pay first and they can refund or revert the transaction if I found it. I

We stayed for two weeks and the Residents Inn was the perfect choice. The location was great since it was a short 10 minute walk to Earls Court tube station. Tesco was next door which was very convenient since the room had a kitchen. Also there are washers and dryers for guests to use at no charge. The hotel is less than a mile from an Urgent Care. Which would not be important in planning a visit but if you need medical assistance it is nice to have it close. One more item, in many reviews I read about the elevator being slow. I almost didn’t book the hotel due to the comments. The elevator is not that bad. Just know that at breakfast time a lot of people are going to breakfast and at checkout/checkin there is a lot luggage in the elevators. Plan accordingly. We will definitely stay again and every member of the staff is incredible!

Great stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. Functional gym too, and it also has a launderette. It’s a bit of a trek from Earls Court station thigh. Not too far from Kensington High Street

Stayed for 7 days. Helpful reliable staff. The original room we were given had AC issues that could not be fixed without the technician going into the ceiling but the hotel staff was quick to move us into anther room. The phone wasn’t working in the new room and again the problem was immediately fixed. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a good selection of foods.
