Dear Thierry, thank you for taking the time to review your stay. It would help us to identify any possible areas of improvement if more information could be provided as to why you felt your stay was unsatisfactory, because it seems there were no issues reported during the stay. You were even upgraded to a higher category apartment at no additional cost, so we are slightly confused as to what issues arose, and saddened that we were not given the opportunity to resolve them during your stay.

Très bel appartement très récent. Très bien équipé. Service courtois et attentionné. Secteur un peu loin du centre mais accessible facilement via les transports en communs

Localisation parfaite.
Arrêt de bus juste devant la porte de l' hotel.
Métro à 400m, desservant le centre en 15mn.
Personnel très accueillant, aimable et serviable, toujours un sourire et un mot gentil, avec un effort pour le faire en français. Très sympa avec les enfants.
Établissement très propre, calme et des chambres spacieuses et très bien équipées.

Dommage qu'à ce prix là nous ne puissions pas avoir 1 pastille pour lave-vaisselle par jour, que l'on ne puisse pas avoir un lit supplémentaire (après avoir attendu 48h pour une réponse) car nous étions avec un enfant handicapé et la configuration n'était pas optimum pour nous. Et 48h pour avoir un nombre suffisant de serviettes salle de bains (nous n'avions que 5 serviettes pour 8 !).
A ce prix on s'attend à un service de qualité, avec du personnel avenant et pas une réceptionniste qui vous prend de haut...

Thank you for staying with us and I apologize that your apartment was not configured the way you had hoped.
I believe one of the guests in your apartment was disabled and I agree the apartment you booked was not suitable but that is because you booked the 4 bedroom superior which has spiral stairs. On your next stay please let us know your requirements before booking so that we could guide you through the apartment types which are majority wheelchair friendly and all have walk in showers. As for the dish washing tablets, this is only provided on arrival along with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/ slippers and complimentary bottled Evian water. Towels are changed twice a week but you should have been provided with 8 and not 5 and therefore I will certainly address the issue with my reception team and ensure this does not happen again. Hope to see you soon again at Sanctum.

The property is in excellent conditions, it looks like it has been renovated very recently. The area is not so attractive, but the public transport options are abundant, with bus and Overground within 1 minute and the Tube 5 minutes away. Big rooms, with good equipment and furniture. There is a staffed reception and the employees are really helpful. If it is ok to stay in Zone 2, definitely recommendable.

Personalen var fantastiska med gott bemötande och hjälpsamma. Lägenheten var fräsch och fin. Lägenheten var dock bokad för 5 st men fanns bara sängplats för 4 stycken, den 5e hade behövt sova på en liten soffa. Sängarna var en aning för hårda men annars var lägenheten perfekt. Läget låg bra och man kunde lätt ta sig in till stan med flera olika alternativ med kollektivtrafik. Vi kommer att boka detta boendet igen vid nästa vistelse i London!
