My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night on a trip to London to go to the theater. It was an excellent hotel, very clean and well kept. The room was great, very comfy bed and an amazing shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly, can't recommend highly enough.

Basically used the hotel as a base to explore London. We found it ideal as the hotel is within a couple of minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station. Staff were welcoming and helpful and we were offered a complimentary drink on arrival.

What a fabulous hotel. Very warm welcome with a glass of complementary wine, friendly and helpful staff, boutique style bedroom with large comfortable bed and soft bedding - wonderful nights sleep, which was helped by the total quietness as well. absolutely 5* and our new favourite hotel in London! My friend and I stayed here for only one night but were treated by the staff like we had been there for much longer. They were friendly and gracious with the requests that we had.
