Stayed here with my 3 kids, we had a wonderful time. We requested a room with lovely view and theg gave us 6th floor which boasted great view with a balcony. Dinner was lovely, breakfast was avarage jn my opinion. We went to the spa area and the kids enjoyed a bit of swimming but my 2 younger were not able to swim because the depth was too high. Would sag swimming pool facilities not suitable for younger crowds . Shout out to Casie!! Who found my daughter phone and water bottle we left in the gym area. She was so kind and approachable. Thank you Casie

On arrival we were given no information. A curt reception and told where our room was. No times for breakfast, spa opening, bar opening etc. The room, although large and comfortable overall, was cold. The shower water temperature was tepid...chilly .... i had to go to the spa. The spa was also disappointing...as a couple being split for sauna and steam was not expected...we were there for a romantic couples weekend! On top of this the steam room in the womens wasnt working anyway. With only 9 beds to relax on by the pool we couldnt get one as they were all taken. We really didnt enjoy our supposedly 'relaxing' and 'romantic' visit.

We have been offered the 1st floor with no view all at, the room next door was very loud, we could clearly hear what they were saying and doing with a young kid. The wallpaper came off the wall in both of our rooms, which shocked me as a five star hotel that I stayed 14 years ago, it was so nice but this time ruined all my good memories about the hotel. Very old setting in the room, sockets barely working so I couldn’t charge my phone properly. The staff talked on the phone and checked his own phone after asking me for my id. I am very disappointed about the stay and I didn’t feel I’ve been treated as your VIP.
