The room was lovely, clean, with lots of coffees, teas and biscuits for my stay! Cold water and milk really added to the experience too. Everything I could have asked for!

Clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff and great service. Location is unbeatable—walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the Thames. Tube station just a minute away. Loved the traditional pub downstairs where breakfast is served.

Short walk to Tube station. Around the corner from Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace. Delicious restaurant in lobby. Very safe and quiet. Rooms have been updated and very clean. Very safe area around hotel. Walk to everything!

A perfect location for both business and leisure

Attended a two-day conference within a few minutes walking distance. A perfect location for that, and if we would have been vacationers, also for that. A minute’s walk to a tube station. The room on the third floor was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I missed was furniture for the luggage.

Small room and rude front desk

The location is great; the front desk lady was terrible, we were the only ones try to check in but she completely ignored us, got on the phone and let us there like we were invisible. The room and the bathroom were clean but tiny, super tiny and dark.

Our stay at the Sanctuary House was an absolutely amazing experience. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. Easily the best part of the Sanctuary House was its proximity to all of the wonderful sights in London. Just steps away from Westminster Abby, Big Ben and the Parliament building we were able to enjoy the sights and sounds of London. The St. James Park entrance to the underground allowed us to quickly navigate to other areas of the city with our much hassle. I will absolutely be staying at the Sanctuary House on my next visit to London.
