The staff were excellent, so polite and courteous. I hadn't checked before booking about a lift and it was difficult for my 91year old mother to walk up and down the many stairs. We had dinner in the hotel dining room which was very poor, however, we had the meals deducted which was a decent gesture. Breakfast was good, however, we had to choose how we wanted our eggs then go to the buffet to add bacon, tomatoes etc which we found very strange having never experienced this before.

Nous avons eu un accueil parfait avec du personnel au petit soin. Néanmoins quelques détails propreté sont à noter : - Poussière autour de la cafetière et bouilloire mis à disposition, - Traces de gras sur les portes des placards, - Traces d'éclaboussures sur la porte de la salle de douche, - Douche qui fuit, joins du bas sales, - Lavabo qui se bouche. Nous étions dans la chambre triple numéro 40. Dans le parc nous avons aperçu beaucoup de déchets ( emballages, bouteilles vides,...) Cela est dommage car l'hôtel est très agréable. Le parc est joli. L'espace sport est bien pensé. Le personnel est disponible. Les chambres sont confortables, la literie est est de bonne qualité. Un plus sur les couettes et oreillers en plumes. On adore. Le linge de lit est en coton, c'est top. J'espère revenir dans cet hôtel et y voir une jolie évolution sur les points négatifs signalés.

Stay here!

From the moment we arrived, the service was lovely. The receptionist Gabriella was so friendly and gave us advice on travelling in and out of London. I made the hotel aware of my partners birthday and they placed a cake and a bottle of wine in the room along with balloons and towels made out of cake. Every member of staff we came in to contact with were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely and had a fresh bottle of water and coffee and tea pods everyday. We had an uber to Wimbledon which was roughly £12 and got on the underground to get to London so getting about was easy. would 100% recommend.

Warren House is a beautiful hotel with a peaceful setting. We stayed in a double delux room, everything was clean, quiet and with a very comfortable mattress. My only criticism would be the breakfast area, it felt a little bit like a canteen. The choice is varied and had a fresh orange juice maker which is wonderful. You are given a menu where you can choose how to have your eggs, I chose a ham omelette but it tasted like a microwave job. Having said all of this we enjoyed our stay and would return.

Fantastic nights stay

Upon arrival Gabriella at reception was very welcoming and informative. She also kindly offered us a complimentary room upgrade with the added arrival of a slice of birthday cake. We felt very welcomed at the hotel. The interior was very classic with quintessential country manor decor - wood panelling, chandeliers, sage greens and wine red carpets. Very clean, no signs of deterioration. Up to our room, it was spacious, quiet with beautiful panelling and murals of birds in flora. Muted colours with accents of gold provided a calming space whilst maintaining a sense of elegance. The bathroom included a walk-in rainfall shower, good pressure and temperature. It was clean, in good condition. The gym was limited in space and equipment but you could still have full workout. Next door was a modest pool. Not a full length but enough to have a leisurely swim. Changing area was serviceable and clean but lacked lockers in the womens. Breakfast had an adequate variety of hot and cold. Coffee and tea had to be requested which was difficult when no staff were present. A coffee machine in the area would have been advantageous. The breakfast room was also hot being close to the kitchen We weren’t able to explore the grounds but the parking area and entrance to the hotel were kept well. Overall our nights visit was superb and we are looking forward to staying again in the future.
