It’s the worse hotel I ever visited in my life

I advise people don’t go there it’s very horrible hotel , I’m sick and tired from the days I passed in that stupid hotel, and it’s not clean and it’s not confortable, it’s in very dangerous area, and I was regretted whn I became there but the problem is i couldn’t change bcz I already paid my séjour

Mais que des problèmes !
J'arrive avec ma fille de 5 ans , on me dit : réservation annulé ! Faut payer £20 en plus ! Bon comme je suis avec ma fille ok.
Et la catastrophe :
Chambre non propre
Placard cassé
Table qui tient pas
On sent les ressorts des matelas
Ensuite :
Mauvais entretien de l'hôtel , toilettes non nettoyer et dégradé !
J'ai ensuite parlé avec des gens qui étaient dans l'hôtel et voilà le constat :
Des gens en difficulté qui vivent dedans ( migrants, sans emploi , en attente d'un logement , personne qui travail illégalement... )
Fuyez !

10 livres en cash de caution qu'on nous rend en échange de la clef lors du départ...je n'ai rien contre mais il faudrait nous prévenir avant notre arrivée
Chambre trop petite au mobilier vétuste, ni TV ni wifi, salle de bain et toilettes sur le palier
Très bon si on passe toute la journée à se balader et que l'on rentre simplement pour dormir !!!
On on du un problème pour fermer la porte..il faut tirer un max sur la poignée

Nothing to like. Expedia showed me 1 price & hotel charged me extra. Too much dirty room, toilet, kitchen corridor, rude staff. Is the best horrible experience of me with Expedia😡

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was old smelly and not maintained at all. It was being cleaned on a regular basis. The area around is interesting as it is very multicultural. Bus and overground is nearby, underground is not. Thereare plenty od atores and placeba to eat in the vicinity. The hotel was supoosed to Jave a kitchen gor guests. Well it is not equiped and is a mesa. Unusable.

Horrific not even worth £5 never seen anything like it. The young man behind the desk was lovely and helped get us a night at the sister hotel lucky 8. Much better but still in no way worth what we paid. Also family friendly is a joke we were woken up by a fire alarm at 1am which was from someone else smoking in a separate building. The man that came out just said go back in its nothing, yet hadn't even found out what set it off in the first place. Drug dealers arguing outside and we heard everything. Not OK at all and requesting a full refund.

Cheap.
Publié le 17 mars 2022 sur HotelsTired and run down and desperately in need of a lick of paint but the room was clean enough. Bedding and towels were fresh. Check in was a bit of a pain as I don’t have a photo ID and they took £50 deposit in cash but it was returned in the morning. Toilets lacked toilet paper and the “clientele” were apparently unable to work out how to flush. The night was quieter than I expected and I slept well. Overall, you get what you pay for and this is the lower end of the market. Fine for one night.
