It was great until all of their water heaters all went out, we went two days with no hot water and two days with no hot water for a shower and when we checked out this morning, still no hot water, we were told to run the water for 15 minutes, which we did and still no hot water and then the water was black, we couldn't even brush our teeth and/or get cleaned up with the cold water, we checked out this morning 2/24, with no apology or any discount/ compensation for 48 hours with no hot water and no shower.

This is the perfect place to stay in Long Beach. From check in to check out, everything was so comforting. The breakfast daily, cookies at 3pm, views of the beach, spacious (and clean) rooms, friendly staff....I absolutely loved my stay. It's only 1 hour from New Orleans so you can pop over to New Orleans for the day and come back to a peaceful and quiet hotel.
