Very disappointed with our room. Paid for an executive double room. Had no view as windows were frosted and the shower was rubbish. Great If you was 5 foot but for me the head was at my chest and it flooded the bathroom. Also I called ahead as it was my partners birthday to have a card at dinner or in the room to make it a little special for her and we got nothing. Disappointed to say the least. d

Lovely grounds but the rooms could do with a bit of TLC .
The staff are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Although the restaurant is expensive the food was wonderful.
Would definitely go back .
