Open plan living leading onto spacious deck area, beautiful views, multiple indoor and outdoor zones, wood fire, ensuited master bedroom. Clovelly ticks all the usual boxes. The real awe comes from the clever use of both raw and polished timbers, stone and polished concrete, all combining to complement the peace and tranquility of the surrounding bushland.
Upon entering the property, you could be deep in the Otway forest despite being just a mere hop, skip and jump from the beach.
Another great feature of Clovelly is the fourth bedroom doubling as a second living area kids retreat, complete with couch, deck, TV and games table. Throw in electric heating in all bedrooms, an air-conditioned master bedroom, quality bedding throughout, and you have yourself the perfect home away from home. Fantastic large Lorne Beachhouse close to Centre of town and beach but tucked away in a dead end street, and facing out into beautiful forest gully. House is spacious, modern but also feels authentic, not pretentious. We especially loved parents retreat and teenager retreat! Something for everyone. Also the local wildlife that visits the balcony. We highly recommend this property. Great value for money too. We look forward to next time.
Very comfortable house with large open plan living upstairs and bedrooms/laundry downstairs. Green leafy outlook from the verandahs and it was a treat to hand feed the king parrots and cockatoo. Would recommend to others and we would stay there again in the future.
A beautiful neighborhood and property to explore the delights of Lorne. A steep but short, 5 minute walk and you are right at the beach but the house feels like it is extremely secluded.

Good location very comfortable
The house is very comfortable and well supplied with cutlery crockery etc. sitting on the verandah is like sitting in a treehouse. Beautiful bird life and even a kangaroo in the gully below.
