The location is within 15 mins or less from Universal Studios which was my reason for staying here. This was so convenient. The WB is literally around the corner. The rates were reasonable. The hotel lobby was very modern, clean and nice. The parking was also convenient. I felt staff in the area as well. There was a good selection of places to eat in the area.
My only issue was the cleanliness of the room, the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and grime inside. The microwave was also not very clean. The air conditioner/heating had this stale odor as if it hadn't been used in years. It gave the room a strong unpleasant smell. After allowing it to run while we were out, the ordor slightly cleared up. There was a chair at the desk that hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was so much food and crumbs in the chair, even after cleaning i told my son not to sit on it. Also, the couch had what appeared to be stain. Luckily I keep cleaning supplies in my car especially for hotel stays. I spent at least 30 mins cleaning before getting comfortable. But staying here has reminded me to buy a dust buster or portable vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was pretty clean. Make sure to check the towels a couple had stains. But i always bring my own just in case.
Surprisingly even with this review i would stay here again.
