Located in vibrant Highland Park, just a short drive from amenities on Figueroa and York. Outdoor activities in South Pasadena include horseback riding, tennis, racquetball, the Rose Bowl, and the Arroyo hiking trail. Close to freeways and transit, the location is ideal for experiencing both urban LA and the natural beauty of NE LA. The home features a private workspace complete with desk, desk lamp and desk chair. The unit also features a dedicated private high speed WIFI network, and wireless/wired charging ports in both the desk area and bedside. All windows have shades for privacy (blackout shades in the bedroom) and the space is soundproof and quiet. All of the appliances, finishes and fixtures are brand-new and high quality.
