Charming back house in walkable Los Feliz

Stylish back house with kitchenette, microwave and hot plate + a dining area that doubles as a workspace. Comfortable bed with nice linens + loveseat for reading. Private front porch area for morning coffee. Minutes away from coffee, restaurants and all the fun that is Los Feliz! While we want you to feel completely at home, we do ask that you keep it down when walking to and from the unit and when on the private patio (as a courtesy to our neighbors). Laundry! Easy street parking! No pets.

The space
Open, bright, cozy and private layout. Well appointed with comfortable linens and amenities. Here you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay! If you do see something you were hoping for, don't be afraid to reach out and we will do our best to accommodate. Enjoy warm coffee or dinner on your private outdoor table on quiet mornings and evenings. Just added: laundry in unit! Our street is quiet and there is ample street parking- a real rarity in Los Angeles.

We make sure to use eco-friendly cleaning products whenever possible.
Guest access
You'll have access to a fully furnished back house, a private patio in front of the unit and access to a washer and dryer in unit. No parking on premises but plenty of street parking- unusual in LA! There is a locked gate with code for privacy and safety.

Other things to note
Plentiful street parking with street cleaning days Wednesday and Friday mornings, so please pay attention to street signs if you plan on bringing a car. We are lucky to have plentiful (rare in LA) street parking! Please be aware that while this is a very safe and quiet street, we are still in a bustling city and ask that you please be aware this is a park at your own risk situation. Also note that gardeners are on the property every other Mondays in the afternoon. We are a no pet listing.
