Oh my goodness. The pictures are deceiving - sheets are ripped, the entire place was DIRTY, random repairs are half completed. It's been three days and I still feel awful for having my kids spend the night there - it was a late check in and there was no where else I could go. I did not let them shower there. I am happy to share pictures. Also - 'grab and go breakfast' consists of a nutrigrain bar and coffee. I seriously have no words, it was awful.

When I got to the property I realized the toilet tissue was damp but I thought it was maybe from some water up top the sink that may have ran down so I ignored it well the very nxt morning upon check out i discovered that it was an actual water leak underneath the sink...so I called downstairs to mention it and the staff told me they can switch my room but like I said I was checking out so when I asked for some type of accomidation not a full refund or anyhting she stated to me that it was applicable for that. It was the nerve for me. I'll never consider staying at this hotel again.

Could be cleaner but for the price the location is great. Walking distance from food and shopping. Highlight of the trip was being greeted by Jennifer at the front desk. She was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and answered answered all the questions I threw at her. Even recommended great dining options. She had an amazing energy when I checked in and even when I checked out. She has great enthusiasm for her work and the pride she puts into her job is commendable. I don’t leave reviews often but she was worth taking this time to make my comments. I would exclusively stay at all Extended stay hotels if she was the standard of how employees are trained. Amazing experience thanks to Jennifer!
