We needed a super late check in, I called ahead and the lady at the front desk was able to help me with that. When I arrived around midnight, the lady at the front desk was still helpful, even though it was late she had a great attitude. The breakfast was delicious, more than i expected, and good quality, well stocked by attentive staff.

Just sharing.

The last thing I like to do is give bad reviews but I need to share. The smell that came out of the air conditioner was not pleasant. I believe it may have to do with the filter? Not sure why that smell exist but I just wanted to share. I also understand breakfast is complimentary but I certainly enjoy pancakes for breakfast at each of your hotels. To my misfortune, your pancakes were not available on this day.

Our stay was great - no issues except that when my husband went to the front desk to check out this morning at 4:30am before his 7am flight, the front desk representative told him he was not allowed to check out before 11am because that is the check-out time.
