The staff was great. The room left a lot to be desired. The air conditioner in the room smelled like dirty, wet laundry when it came on. The bathroom would get a funny smell when the door was closed and we determined it came from the drain of the bathtub. The blackout curtains had stuff all over them like they had never been clean. One of the elevators on our end of the hotel was broken and they allowed hotel staff that were doing work on other floors to use the unbroken elevator, which would cause a delay in people trying to go up and down floors.

Nice size room. Shame about view onto the carpark. Cafe had limited times and takeaway boxes not real plates. Bar food after 10 was microwaved Mac and cheese etc. Room was not serviced. Pool area was very poor, was a huge disappointment. Not heated no hot tub and was tiny area. . .

Ambulance at entrance and only one check in person for 5 of us in line Rooms need updating for this price.Carpet edge unraveling as you go to bathroom which wall needs cleaning. Pool hidden between towers very limited sunshine.
